What information belongs in a company submission?
Anyone can suggest a missing company using its official website; you do not need to represent it. Explain what the company provides and which customers it serves. Separate outsourced services from software capabilities, and distinguish standard features from optional services.
- Company name, official website, and a business contact.
- Whether the listing represents a company, product, or service line.
- A concise description of services and the provider types or organizations supported.
- Geographic coverage and any material limitations.
- Public links supporting the listed capabilities.
- Relationships to an existing listing or previous brand name.
How should claims and corrections be presented?
Use factual, supportable descriptions. Avoid superlatives, guaranteed payer decisions, or unsubstantiated claims about being the best. If pricing is provided, identify the scope, effective date, and material exclusions.
For an existing listing, specify the text that should change and provide an official public source. Related products and rebrands need careful handling so existing reviews are not silently moved to another business.
How do I request a listing update?
Use the form on this page to prepare your submission. If collection is open, the form sends it to a private moderation queue and displays a receipt. If direct collection is not open, complete the required fields and use “Copy for email,” then paste the text into an email to [email protected]. You can also download a local draft. Copying or downloading does not send anything.
Publication is a separate editorial decision. No submission automatically changes a listing, creates an award, or receives a verified label.
