What does a published review represent?
A customer review is the reviewer’s account of their experience with a company. The three migrated reviews retain their public author names, original dates, scores, and text. They are labeled as migrated reviews so their origin is clear.
Publication on the previous site is not, by itself, proof of identity verification. The available export did not contain evidence that lets us reproduce the previous authentication process. We will not apply a verified label on that basis.
How are the displayed ratings calculated?
The migrated scores reflect the available substantive reviews associated with each current listing. Physician Practice Specialists has two five-star reviews, giving an average of 5.0. Aria Health Services has one three-star review, giving an average of 3.0. The other listings have no published rating in the recovered data.
An unrated company has no displayed score, not a score of zero. Two positive reviews or one critical review should not be read as a representative survey of all customers. Review dates and the service described matter.
What makes a helpful new review?
Describe the service or product used, the approximate period of your experience, your role, and specific examples of what worked or could improve. Disclose employment, payment, incentives, or other relationships that could affect how readers interpret your review.
Do not include patient information, private contact details, login credentials, or confidential documents. Keep criticism focused on your experience and distinguish what happened from what you infer. All new submissions require moderation before publication.
How can a review or listing be questioned?
Use the contact page to identify the profile and the specific information that needs attention. Company corrections should include a public source when possible. A disagreement with a customer’s opinion is different from a factual error.
Company responses and customer reviews remain separately attributed. Use the company-submission form to propose a factual correction or response; identify the review by author and date. A response does not overwrite the customer’s words.
Are review ratings the same as award votes?
No. A star rating describes a review, while an award vote belongs to a defined competition and period. Historical vote totals and rules have not been recovered, so no award ranking is asserted in this edition.
How will new submissions be moderated?
The intake workflow keeps submissions private until an editor has checked their relevance, specificity, conflicts, and sensitive information. Positive and critical reviews use the same checks. A rating alone is not a reason to reject a review.
An editor can request clarification, approve a submission for publication preparation, or reject it with a recorded reason. Approval does not immediately publish: public content is checked separately and deployed without private contact details.
What does verification mean?
Contact verification and customer-relationship verification are separate checks. A valid email address alone does not prove that the writer bought a service. Editors must record the basis for any customer-relationship label; migrated reviews remain unverified unless supporting evidence is recovered.
For company updates, a representative must establish authority to speak for the company. An official website link is supporting information, not proof that the sender controls the company. Do not send confidential evidence through these forms.
How can you request a correction or appeal?
Contact the directory with the submission receipt or the public review’s author, company, and date. Explain the specific concern and provide public supporting information where possible. An editor should record the outcome separately from the original submission. No response-time commitment is made during this preview.
