Who operates this directory?

Credentialing Reviews is operated by Alevated Holdings LLC. The site provides company listings, available historical customer reviews, source-linked company briefs, comparison tools, and educational resources. Contact the directory at [email protected] with questions about these terms.

How should you use the information?

Use this directory to research options and prepare questions. Company descriptions summarize identified sources and may change after the date checked. Confirm current services, prices, availability, support arrangements, and contract terms directly with the company before making a decision.

A listing, AI-assisted brief, checklist, or individual review does not certify a provider, guarantee an outcome, or establish that a company is suitable for your practice. Educational material is general information rather than advice for a particular clinical, legal, financial, or payer situation.

What do reviews and recognition mean?

Historical reviews reflect their authors’ reported experiences. They are displayed with their original attribution, date, and rating where recovered. The original authentication records and historical award vote totals were not available in the public export; the site does not present those reviews as newly verified or invent award winners.

Company information, individual reviews, and AI-assisted summaries are identified separately. Read the review standards and each company’s source notes before relying on a rating or claim.

What should you send to the team?

Send accurate information and identify the relevant company or page. Disclose your relationship to a company when requesting a change or describing an experience. Do not submit impersonated reviews, spam, patient information, passwords, identity documents, or confidential contracts.

The Alevated team reviews listing corrections and directory inquiries. If you request contact with a listed company, the team may forward your contact details and inquiry to that company. Submitting a message does not automatically publish a review or guarantee a listing change.

What happens when you contact a listed company?

External websites, proposals, and services are governed by the receiving company’s own terms and privacy practices. Any service agreement should identify the company providing the work and the scope, price, responsibilities, and cancellation arrangements. A directory comparison is not a substitute for that agreement.
