What should your review include?
Help another practice understand the work you purchased and how the relationship worked. Include enough context to make the experience useful without revealing patient or confidential business information.
- The company and the service or product you used.
- Your role and approximate dates of the engagement.
- What the company was responsible for and what remained with your team.
- Specific examples of communication, progress reporting, support, or results.
- Any relationship, compensation, or incentive relevant to your review.
How do you make feedback useful?
Explain the circumstances behind your rating. “Reports arrived each week and clearly identified missing documents” is more informative than “great service.” If something went wrong, describe what you raised with the company and how it responded.
Avoid guarantees about what other customers will experience. Do not include patient details, private employee contact information, account credentials, or documents you do not have permission to share.
Can I submit a review now?
Use the form on this page to prepare your submission. If collection is open, the form sends it to a private moderation queue and displays a receipt. If collection is not yet open, you can download a local draft; it has not been sent.
Publication is a separate editorial decision. No submission automatically changes a listing, creates an award, or receives a verified label.
